  The Vic, was an institution 20 years ago, fantastic, now just a place to avoid, rubbish low quality red meats and generally forgettable dishes. My med rare steak was quite frankly full of sinew, tough as nails and fit for a dog. The mushroom sauce, I'm sure it was made from Maggi powder probably purchased from FAL in Balcatta, honestly just garbage. As a chef I'd be embarrassed in terms of what comes out of that kitchen. Been here a while ago. When the best part of yr meal is wedges, u have problems. All 4 at my table were seriously unimpressed with our meals. Luckily i had a voucher to subsidise the mediocre offerings. And it now makes sense why it's being sold/ up for lease, probably no goodwill left. Go elsewhere imho.

  Service was satisfactory but we just popped in for a snack and a beer. We decided to share Nachos, took a while but when I went up to collect I must admit, I laughed. Plenty of Nacho chips but enough topping for about 5 mouth fulls = $18-

  Female staff were awful for lunch - would not wipe down table and then tried to overcharge - shame because lunch was quite good
